VOLUTA ships worldwide. Items will ship within 3 business days from purchase.
Orders shipping within Europe will ship via Standard (3-5 business days) insured with tracking.
For outside Europe 7-10 business days.
Arrival time is an estimate and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. We’ll do our best to ship your order as soon as possible so it can be delivered in a timely manner. During campaigns and sale, delivery can be longer.
Items that are unclaimed by a customer and returned to our address will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees are payed for.
Please be aware that discounts are included for the original purchases only - they cannot be applied to returns of any kind.
VOLUTA does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
We hope you understand that duties and taxes are outside of VOLUTA authority, as they are defined by foreign government officials.
These fees are therefore not included in VOLUTA shipping prices and the charges will be responsible to be paid for by the customer . While we are happy to assist with providing copies of the original documents sent alongside the package, these charges are the customer's responsibility to pay and if refused, a small fee will be incurred.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Shipping to the following locations is currently unavailable due to postal restrictions – Afghanistan, Algeria, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Iran, Israel, North Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of Pakistan, Russia and Syria.
RETURNS
Refunds are not accepted.
If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email info@volutajewellery.com immediately with a clear description of the item and include a photograph.
VOLUTA is not liable for items returned without prior notification. These items will not be accepted and will be returned immediately to sender.
